Shipping Policy
3-4 days local and 7-8 days pan - India Delivery!
We offer free shipping on orders over Rs.499. We charge a nominal delivery charge for orders below Rs.499. Shipping charge for your Order below Rs.499 will be displayed once you proceed to checkout.
After the order confirmation, orders are shipped within 2 business days from the date of placing an order. Once shipped, your order will be delivered within 2-4 business days.
You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped from our end. If you would like your order to be shipped to you earlier or delivered by a specific date, do let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Orders which are placed using Credit Card/Net Banking/Wallets/UPI Payments Option and are under verification, will be shipped only after payment confirmation.
Delivery to certain areas e.g. North Eastern states, J&K, Remote areas in Hills etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions, security reasons etc.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.
Replacement Policy:
Our products are eligible for a replacement, within 7 days of delivery, in an unlikely event of damaged, defective, or different item delivered to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@caringbeez.com and we will get in touch with you within 24-48 hours after we receive your email.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any product that is labeled as non-returnable on the product detail page at our website will not be eligible for returns.
Refund:
Though it’d break our heart to let you go, we’d be happy to honor your decision to seek a refund if the product is delivered in damaged condition and you don’t want a replacement.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, In such a case the refund will be processed via NEFT/RTGS within 7 working days of receiving your request.
Return Shipping:
If you are shipping an item over Rs.2000, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation:
Orders once placed cannot be canceled. You can however return/replace the products as per the refund and replacement policy. All such requests can be placed by sending a mail to info@caringbeez.com
